Refund & Return Policy

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@malarwear.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable solution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Selected limited-edition releases

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating the process.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason.

As described above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
